You can login to https://Jobcenter.mv/ using your eFaas account.
How to create an eFaas account?
Enter your ID Card number (which will be your username) and Serial Number (SN number at the back of the ID Card)
You will have to verify your account when registration is complete.
How to verify the eFaas account?
After registering your eFaas account, verify your account using the one-time password sent to your mobile. After this, you will receive an email with the verification link. Click on the link to complete the verification process.
How to reset an eFaas account in case the customer forgets the password?
If you forgot the password, go to https://efaas.egov.mv/Account/ForgotPassword and click ‘forgot password’ and choose either your email or username to reset the password.
What should be done in case the applicant doesn't have access to registered email or mobile number?
You will have to email NCIT Helpdesk (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to deactivate your eFaas account.
Once deactivated, you can re-register to eFaas using the correct details.
